Nice Race at Darlington. The top 5 in my rankings stayed the same and the rest didn't change a whole lot.

1. Kyle Busch (Last Week: 1st)
 He won his third race of the season and leads the standings of course he is number 1.

2.Jeff Burton (Last Week: 2nd)
 Another top 10. Only one win, but his worst finish is 13th and 2nd in the standings.

3. .Denny Hamlin  (Last Week: 3rd)
  A top 10 finish gives him 7 on the season and makes up for the 24th last week.  He also moved up to 4th in the standings.

4.  Dale Earnhardt Jr. (Last Week: 4th)
 Another top 5 that makes 5 on the season, but still no win. Good news is that he is sitting confortabbly in 3rd in the standings.

5. Carl Edwards (Last Week: 5th)
 The second place finish moved him up to 7th in the standings.

---

6. Jimmie Johnson (Last Week: 7th)
 Slowly Jimmie is on the way back to the top. This weeks 13th moved him up to 6th in the standings.

7. Clint Bowyer  (Last Week: 6th)
 Ok, so he couldn't back up last weeks win at Richmond, but he still finished an ok 15th and he is still 5th in the standings.

8.Tony Stewart  (Last Week: 8th)
 A 21st place finish keeps him 8th in the standings.

9.Jeff Gordon (Last Week: 12th)
 This weeks top 5 moved him back into the top 12. Nice job Jeff.

10.David Ragan (Last Week: 15th)
 A 5th place finish moved him up to 12th in the standings. Ragan has been a plesent surprise this year.

11. Kevin Harvick  (Last Week: 9th)
 He has only one top 10 since Bristol and this weeks 39th doesnt help.

12. Greg Biffle  (Last Week: 11th)
 He difinitly had the best car. Too bad for the tire. Plus I had in him in the "pick 3 league" and in most of my other leagues.

13.  Ryan Newman (Last Week: 10th)
 A 37th finish moved him out of the top 12.

14. . Kasey Kahne (Last Week: 13th)
 Not much to say about Kahne. He finished 22nd and is 14th in the standings.

15.  Martin Truex Jr. (Last Week: 14th)
 Solid 14th place keeps the Bass Pro team 15th.

16.Travis Kvapil (Last Week: 16th)
 Another solid finish from Travis. When will he get a full time sponser?

---

17.  Juan Pablo Montoya (Last Week: 17th)
  He has only had one decent run all season and that was two weeks ago at Talladega. Since then he has finished 32nd and 23rd.

---

18. Brian Vickers (Last Week: 18th)
 Since his 5th place finish in Talladega he has two finishes between 25-30. But he is still 17th in the standings.

---

19. Matt Kenseth  ( Last Week: 20th)
 Matt just missed out on his second top 5 finish on the season, but he did get his first top 10 since texas.

20. Bobby Labonte (Last Week: 19th)
 Only has led 4 laps this season and doesn't have a finish better then 11th, but otherwise he was been decent. He is 19th in the standings and only has two finishs worse then 25th.

Well, that sure was an intresting race under the lights. Carl rebounded from his tough finish in Talladega with a 7th place finish. Jr. 's lossing streak continues and Matt Kentseth's strugles continues

 1. Kyle Busch (Last Week: 1)
 I really don't believe that the wreck was anyone's fault. Kyle came in really hot and Jr. got loose. I do believe that Kyle could have backed off a little bit. Anyway, he got a second place finish and therefore deserves the number one spot. And oh yeah, he is now first in the standings.

2.Jeff Burton (Last Week: 2)
 Wow! Jeff is just amazing this year. His worst finish is 13th.

3.Denny Hamlin  (Last Week: 5th)
 He should have won the race. It was clear he had the best car. But there is nothing you can do about a tire going down

 Even though Kyle spun him and his winless drought continues he came back for a 15th finish.

 The top 10 finish helps him overcome what happened at Talladega,

 He has been having a really good season. 5 Top 10s and 0 DNFs. Plus he is 9th in the standings

 He's coming back. Richmond was his 4th top 10 of the year.

 Another top 10, but still no top 5s.

 This guy is up to 19th in the stadnings. I wouldn't be surprised if he made it into the top 12 by the end of the season.

 Yeah, I know he should be a little higher, but I couldnt figure out where to tie him in. He did get the 2nd place in Talladega, but he failed to back it up in Richmond finishing 32nd. .

He losed a spot in the standings after finishing 28th.

 Pretty decent season for Labonte so far. He is yet to have a top 10, but has no DNFs and 4 Top 15s.

 Matts struggles continues. This weeks 38th place finish gave him 3 stright weeks of 38th or worse.

Wow what a race that was at Talladega. That has really mixed up my power rankings for this week. I dont really have a lot of time, so I might not have a lot of comments. If you want to know why I placed a guy where I did just post or If you have any other comments, negetive or postivie don't be afraid to post.

1. Kyle Busch (Last Week: 4)
 The win this week at Talladega proves that this guy can do just about anything and oh yeah he is second in the standings

 Another decent finish at 12th keeps him first in the standings

3. Dale Earnhardt Jr. (Last Week: 3)
 Looked like he was going to win till he got caught up in the wreck, but he came back to finish 10th , so nice job Jr.

4. Carl Edwards (Last Week: 1)
 Bad luck for Carl moves him down to 10th in the standings, but the 3 wins keeps him pretty high in my power rankings

 This guy keeps getting better and better. A solid 3rd place this week moved him from 6th to 4th in the standings. Also in the 4 starts he has at richmond he has 3 top 10s and has never finished worst then 15th.
